Please read these terms of use carefully before using the Aesthetidocs website, mobile app, or online appointment booking platform (the site) – your use of the site is subject to these terms.
The site is operated by Aesthetidocs Limited (Aesthetidocs, we, our or us) of Lockview House, 49 Lockview Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT9 5FJ.
By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to them, you must not use our site.
Our site is a service operated by us to facilitate the arranging and managing of bookings with aesthetic treatment clinics. These terms only apply to the booking management process. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions with your treating clinic or practitioner which govern your relationship with them and any services they provide to you.

Authorization to use the site
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may access or use the site solely for the purpose of arranging, managing, and paying for bookings with clinics or practitioners offering aesthetic treatment services.
You must not access or use the site except as permitted by these terms. In particular, you must not and must not permit any other person to:
- Pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity when using the site.
- Resell, assign, transfer, distribute or provide others with access to the site or any of our materials.
- Copy, modify, frame, repost, publicly perform or display, sell, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the site.
- Use the site to transmit, publish or communicate material that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, menacing or unwanted.
- Use the site in any way that damages, interferes with or interrupts the availability of the site.
- Introduce malicious programs into our hardware and software or our hardware, software and services which are integrated and operate together, including our networks, including viruses, worms, trojan horses and e-mail bombs.
- Reveal your account password to others or allow others to use your account.
- Use the site to carry out security breaches or disruptions of a network. Security breaches include accessing data where you are not the intended recipient or logging into a server or account that you are not expressly authorised to access or corrupting any data (including network sniffing/monitoring, pinged floods, packet spoofing, denial of service and forged routing information for malicious purposes).
- Use any program/script/command, or send messages of any kind, with the intent to interfere with, or disable, any person’s use of the site.
- Send any unsolicited messages through or to users of the site or to send any form of harassment via email, or any other form of messaging, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages or use the site in breach of any person’s privacy (such as by way of identity theft or “phishing”).
Any non-compliance by you with these terms shall give us the right to suspend provision of the site to you and access to your account, and to terminate our relationship with you without liability.
Reservation of rights
Aesthetidocs and its licensors each own and retain their respective rights in and to all logos, company names, marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, patents and patent applications that are used or embodied in or otherwise related to the site. Aesthetidocs grants no rights or licenses (implied, by estoppel, or otherwise) whatsoever to you under these terms.
Information provided to us
You are solely responsible for all data, information and other content, that you upload, post, or otherwise provide or store in connection with or relating to the site.
By providing us any information through the site, you grant Aesthetidocs a worldwide, non- exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish and perform that information in connection with the site. Aesthetidocs may remove or disable any information provided by you at any time for any reason, or for no reason at all.
You agree that we may share any information provided by you with the treating clinic or practitioner with whom you are seeking to make or have made an appointment.
Your commitments
You represent and warrant to Aesthetidocs that your activity on the site does not and will not violate, infringe, or misappropriate any third party’s copyright, trademark, right of privacy or publicity, or other personal or proprietary right.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us through the site is complete, accurate and not misleading. You must ensure that you promptly provide us with any updates or changes to any information previously provided to us.
Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITH ALL ERRORS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND AESTHETIDOCS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AESTHETIDOCS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR ACCESS OR USE OR BOTH OF THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE, AND AESTHETIDOCS DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT. NO INFORMATION, ADVICE OR SERVICES OBTAINED BY YOU FROM AESTHETIDOCS OR THROUGH THE SITE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE T&Cs AND YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE SITE AND THE GENERAL CONTENT ALONE AS THE BASIS FOR ANY DECISIONS.
NOTHING ON THIS SITE CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE, AND YOU SHOULD ALWAYS SEEK ADVICE FROM A QUALIFIED MEDICAL PRACTITIONER AS APPROPRIATE.
Liability
AESTHETIDOCS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, SITE, MATCHING SERVICES, CONTENT, PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, OR ANY INTERRUPTION OR DISRUPTION OF SUCH USE, EVEN IF AESTHETIDOCS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE). THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AESTHETIDOCS WITH REGARD TO THESE TERMS WILL IN NO EVENT EXCEED £50.
Updates to the terms
Aesthetidocs reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the site, or any portion of the site, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the site, or any portion of the site, for any reason; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the site, or any portion of the site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
Aesthetidocs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new or revised terms.
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of Northern Ireland and all disputes arising under these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.
MedsHut Clinic – Terms & Conditions (In-Clinic + Online)

1) Definitions
Appointment: Any booked in-clinic visit, video/telephone consultation, follow-up, review, test, procedure, vaccination, aesthetic/medical service, or assessment.
Deposit: A pre-payment required to secure an Appointment.
Treatment: Any clinical service, procedure, aftercare, medicines/product supply, testing, or care plan provided by MedsHut Clinic.
Clinician: A suitably qualified healthcare professional providing services on our behalf.
You / Patient: The person receiving the service (or the paying/booking person where applicable).
2) Scope of services and clinical discretion
2.1 Booking an Appointment does not guarantee that a particular Treatment will be provided, or that a medicine will be prescribed/supplied. Clinical decisions are made based on safety, professional standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
2.2 We may:
request further information,
recommend alternatives,
modify the Treatment plan,
decline Treatment or supply where clinically inappropriate.
2.3 Emergency care: Our services are not for emergencies. If you have urgent symptoms, use NHS services (111/999/A&E).
3) Eligibility and accurate information
3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including medical history, allergies, current medicines, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, and relevant symptoms).
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted via online forms/questionnaires is truthful and complete. If information is missing/incorrect, Treatment may be delayed, changed, or declined.
3.3 We may ask for proof of identity to protect patient safety and prevent fraud/misuse.
4) Bookings and confirmations (online + in-clinic)
4.1 An Appointment is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us (email/SMS/booking system) and any required Deposit is paid.
4.2 Remote appointments (telephone/video) require you to be available at the agreed time and to have suitable connectivity and privacy.
4.3 If you book for another person, you confirm you have their permission to share details required for the booking. Clinical discussions/treatment decisions will be with the patient unless appropriate consent is in place.
5) Deposits and payments (non-refundable deposits)
5.1 Deposits are non-refundable
All Deposits are non-refundable. This includes where you:
change your mind,
cancel outside the permitted window,
do not attend,
arrive too late to be seen,
cannot proceed due to missing/incorrect information you provided.
Exception: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Where a refund is required by law, we will honour that.
5.2 Deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost
Once paid, your Deposit will be credited against the total cost of Treatment provided at that Appointment (or the related Treatment plan).Example: Treatment £200, Deposit £50 → Balance payable £150.
5.3 Balance payments
Unless stated otherwise at booking:
remaining balances are payable on the day of Treatment (or before Treatment starts), and
we may withhold Treatment/results/products until payment is received.
5.4 If we cancel
If we cancel your Appointment, you can choose to:
reschedule, or
receive a refund of the Deposit if rescheduling is not reasonably suitable.
6) Cancellation and rescheduling policy (48 hours, in writing)
6.1 How to cancel/reschedule
All cancellations/rescheduling requests must be in writing to: booking@medshut.com
6.2 The 48-hour window
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the Appointment start time.
48 hours or more: Deposit remains non-refundable, but we may (at our discretion) allow the Deposit to be transferred once to a new date within [30] days.
Less than 48 hours: Deposit is forfeited and a new Deposit will be required to rebook.
6.3 Late arrivals / not available for remote consults
If you arrive late, or you are unavailable for a remote Appointment at the agreed time, we may:
shorten the Appointment, or
treat it as a non-attendance if we cannot safely deliver the service.In all cases the Deposit remains non-refundable.
6.4 No-shows (DNA)
If you do not attend, the Deposit is forfeited and a new Deposit will be required to book again.
7) Pricing, quotes, and additional charges
7.1 Prices are provided on the website/booking portal or at booking. Some Treatments may vary based on clinical needs.
7.2 Additional fees may apply for:
additional clinical time,
additional tests/products/medicines,
urgent changes,
missed follow-ups where a new Appointment is required.
7.3 If a pricing error occurs, we will correct it and confirm the correct price before proceeding.
8) Treatment outcomes, aftercare, and follow-ups
8.1 Outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee a specific result.
8.2 Where aftercare or follow-up is clinically recommended, you agree to follow the plan and instructions provided. Choosing not to follow aftercare advice may affect outcomes and may limit what we can safely provide next.
9) Medicines and products (where applicable)
9.1 Where medicines are prescribed/supplied, this is subject to clinical assessment and legal requirements.
9.2 For safety reasons, medicines cannot usually be returned once dispensed/supplied, except where faulty or supplied in error, in line with your legal rights.
9.3 If you believe you have received the wrong item or something arrives damaged, contact us promptly with order details.
10) Consumer cancellation rights (online/distance services)
10.1 Where you book an Appointment within 14 days (or ask us to begin providing services within 14 days), you may be asked to acknowledge that:
10.2 you want the service to begin before the end of the usual cancellation period, and
10.3 your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the service has been fully performed.
This section does not remove your statutory rights. If you want clarity on how it applies to your booking, contact us before your Appointment.
11) Patient conduct and safety
11.1 We are committed to a safe environment. We may refuse or end an Appointment if a patient (or accompanying person) behaves abusively, aggressively, or in a way that threatens safety.
11.2 You must follow reasonable clinic instructions (including infection control and safeguarding requirements).
12) Data protection and confidentiality
12.1 We handle personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).
12.2 Please refer to our privacy documentation on the MedsHut website (Privacy Policy / GDPR Policy) for:
what we collect,
lawful bases,
retention,
your rights,
how to contact us about data.
13) Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you can follow our complaints procedure published on the MedsHut website.
14) Liability
14.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
14.2 Subject to 14.1, we are not responsible for losses arising from:
incomplete/incorrect information you provided,
failure to follow clinical advice/aftercare,
events outside our reasonable control (e.g., outages, severe weather).
15) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking, unless changes are required by law or for safety/regulatory reasons.
16) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
